Our Neighborhood

Welcome to our beautiful Cove! Our community features a lovely park designed for everyone to enjoy the great outdoors. Residents have full access to:

• Boat Ramp: Launch your watercraft easily onto the lake.

• Fishing Pier: Cast your line or just sit back and enjoy the views.

• Picnic Tables: Pack a lunch and dine by the water.

Guidelines to keep our community clean, safe, and friendly for everyone: 

• Park Hours: The park is open from dawn to dusk.

• Safety: There is no lifeguard on duty. Swim at your own risk. Children must be accompanied by an adult.

• Residents Only: Amenities are open to all community members and their accompanied guests. 

• Clean Up: Help us keep our neighborhood nice by throwing away all trash, especially food and food packaging.
